Last nights news showed his arrest mug shot, glassy eyed. He’d already had a minor school bus fender bender a few weeks before, speeding no one was hurt that time. He should have been fired then.
This is the second bad school bus accident in TN, the other was Memphis, where only minor injuries and older teens were on the bus.
Time for MANDATORY SEAT BELTS being retrofitted on all school buses and new ones. I’d go as far as daily drug testing with the caliber of people they hire. Cell Phones are another big issue as most seem glued to their ears.
Has any one informed the victims families of the State Crime Victims Constitutional RIGHTS? Yes, TN is one of the few states with Constitutional Rights for Crime Victims and their families.
They will sue the bus system and the school system who hired them. Which is only right. This is a repeat offender.
Hard to find good PT help to drive a no seat belt school bus, in a district that is mostly black and want black drivers. Some are so FAT they can barely get behind the steering wheel. Most are don’t have more than a worthless GED. Low IQ’s.
That was also my question. If you knew the driver was screwed up and frightening your children, why continue putting them ob that bus? Perhaps they should go to a different school.
I wasn’t there. I may be missing information.
When my children were not safe on their bus, and neither the school nor the bus company would take any corrective steps, I was able to adjust my schedule so that I could take them to and from school.
I suspect the company leadership knows how to work the political side very well, which supports their contract proposals.
How in the world did this company stay in business with this kind of safety record?
That us a damn good question.
Why is this company allowed to be in business with this sort of record of problems? Why would a school system continue to use them?

Federal records show the private company has had 142 crashes resulting in injuries - and three deaths - in the past two years, according to the Tennessean.
Overall, Durham has been involved in 346 crashes, 201 of which were towaway wrecks, in the past 24 months.”

This guy looks like a druggy. No way would I have even put
my child on that bus to begin with...our country is gone.
The records show the crashes but not how many buses and routes driven.
Yet why didn't the mother drive or walk her children to school or arrange for a carpool?
Most of the district’s budget is probably going to pensions and healthcare bennies. And some of those healthcare bennies may be pretty sweet, including procedures like nose and boob jobs. If so, there’s not gonna be much money left to pay for decent bus drivers. Parents and other voters might want to look into that.

The people who are responsible for this outrageous person being in charge of driving a school bus: THE TEACHER’S UNIONS.
PARENTS - WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO MOBILIZE AND GET THESE IDIOTS OUT OF YOUR SCHOOLS. They do not teach your children about America .. except to say we’re bad, we’re killers, we hate everybody, etc. etc. etc.
Our children do not even know how our country was founded, and by what group of people (everyman Patriots). They don’t study it.
Instead, they teach the students to protest NONSENSESICAL stuff; stuff they have no control over - like WHO VOTES, and WHAT CAR YOU CAN DRIVE, ETC. ETC. ETC.
THE BIG SOLUTION .. GET RID OF ALL UNION ACTIVITIES IN YOUR SCHOOL. IT MAY NOT BE EASY, BUT YOUR CHILDREN DESERVE TO HAVE THE TRUTH .. AND NOT THE LIBERALS PIPE DREAMS.

I will bet the farm that nothing was done regarding complaints about this individual because he is black and someone was afraid it would be seen as racist to fire him. Political Correctness killed those children just as much as that Snoop-dog wannabee.

Yup! I know very few property tax payers, even those with school age kids, who know just where the heck their taxes are going. And districts like it that way.
