7.5x55 is fun to shoot. For a while there, surplus Swiss was cheaper than 5.56.

GP11 is still reasonably priced - and beautiful ammo indeed. Pity the brass is Berdan primed.

If you want to roll your own, I think you can get boxer prime brass from Norma and Hornady. I’ve never tried Privi Partizan ammo, but I think it is boxer primed, and they have a soft point cartridge that can be used for hunting.
