Please hurry and go. I want to quit paying taxes on 3 unbuildable, worthless lots in Santa Cruz that I inherited.
If your lots are in fact unbuildable and worthless, gift them to the municipality or county as “open space”! Then take a tax write off on them for their new “open space” value.
You can always stop paying the taxes and it go to tax sale. If they are totally worthless
Or you can look for the government or some sort of open space group to buy them as open space or park space.
