When the doomsayers came out on election night, I started following Bill Mitchell’s twitter feed. It’s not just that he’s a bastion of optimism; it’s that he’s a wizard at number crunching. Lots of people were saying we lost FL, but Mitchell just kept tweeting, We got this—here’s why/how. Mitchell kept a lot of conservatives sane and grounded that night. He earned his spurs.

I did the same thing; Bill was great. Based on his reporting, I started trolling Hillary's victory party stream when they thought it was in the bag. It was the most fun I ever had on the internet. As things went downhill for them, it got to the point that the only posters on the feed were the Trump supporters trolling it. Awesome night!
