Did you see the movie Captain America : Civil War?
Did you notice the anti-gun message that they sneaked in?
At 6:00 min into the movie Captain America and his team are fighting the first group of bad guys in Lagos. Captain America assesses the situation and says to his team, "Body armor. AR15s".
Did you catch that? The bad guys are carrying AR15's... The bad guys unload from their trucks and immediately go full auto shooting at everybody. One small problem however, there's not a single AR15 in the group.
In this scene the bad guys are carrying G36C, DSA SA58 OSW, Galil MAR, Mini Uzi, SIG SG 550, RM Equipment M203PI, and Kel-Tec KSG. All true military grade weaponry. And again not a single semi-automatic AR15 which is purchasable in the US.
The Russo brothers, who directed the films are huge leftist. Therefore, given the lefts continuous references to the AR15 in politics and numerous attempts to sway public opinion that the AR15 should be banned, one can hardly dismiss this movie reference as coincidence.
In my opinion this is another attempt by leftist to sway public opinion by deception. The visuals say it all. See, watch the bad guys go full auto with their big loud and powerful assault weapons killing everyone around them. Only bad guys use AR15s. Good guys fight people who carry AR15s and you should too.
Movie gun reference.
Saw the movie on a flight to Orlando. I immediately picked up on that as well. Apparently the actor that portrays Captain America is anti-gun. I guess that explains why he doesn’t a .45 ACP or Thompson like in the comic books.
Just about every movie, TV show etc. has messages which are clearly meant to disparage any conservative opinion and encourage extreme Marxist positions.
Since when is the pump-action Kel-Tec KSG a “military-grade” weapon?
Have you noticed that about every popular series has had a pitiable illegal alien on their show that need to be saved from rump?
Learn something new every day, I guess. I didn’t realize it was anything more than an appeal to the “tacti-cool” bunch, especially given the teething problems the first-generation design had.
THAT’S what you got from the film??
did you miss the history of the progressive movement in the US from roughly 1940 to today?
watch it again ... and remember, hydra == progressives
(i was stunned the writer got the script approved)
It was a stupid movie because they had the gang fight the other half and it ended in a draw.
Deadpool had an anti gun message where he forgot his Guns and Ammo ,D’oh ,Hello Dopinder ,Oh Man
Except for the first years, Captain America has never used a gun to the best of my knowledge. He uses his shield as a projection.
“I guess that explains why he doesnt a .45 ACP or Thompson like in the comic books.”
He did carry a .45 in the first movie, but he stopped after they unfroze him, just like Cap in the comics never carries a gun in the post-war years.
It was a stupid movie because Hulk didn’t show up in the middle of the fight and smash them all :)
