In a normal society, if you are raped then the police find the rapist, arrest him, and he goes on trial. Not so in the Muslim world. As we have documented before, if a woman is raped in a Muslim country often she is arrested and put on trial for adultery and in this case faces prison time and under UAE law possibly the death penalty:
A British tourist allegedly gang-raped in Dubai faces a prison sentence and needs £24,000 for legal fees after police accused her of having “extra-marital sex”.
The 25-year-old woman was reportedly arrested and charged after going to the authorities about the alleged attack by two Britons last month.
She is now on bail, but is not allowed to leave the country and is said to be “absolutely terrified” of The woman’s family claimed the men flew home to Britain just hours later.
When she reported the attack to police, the alleged victim was then herself charged with having sex outside marriage.
In the United Arab Emirates, of which Dubai is the most populated city, it is illegal for married couples to have sex outside of wedlock.
The alleged victim has been released by police on bail, but her family said she needs £24,000 for legal fees.
“They have taken her passport as lawyers thrash it out,” a family friend told the newspaper. “She is staying with an English family, but she is absolutely terrified.

I’ve been told by someone on FR that this woman deserved what she got because she dared go there as a female.
And that if you’re outraged by this, it’s fake - you’re just displaying “virtue signaling.”

I do have suspicions that this story is fake, or, we are not getting the full story. That’s not to deny the downright backwardness of places such as Dubai. If I were a female who was discovered committing adultery in Dubai I’d claim I was raped too.
I have to say that I know nothing about the truth of the story other than I believe no-one at face value.

Don’t go to Dubai if you are a woman. I knew that years ago. Don’t go there if you are from an asian/servant country like the Philippines. They have a track record of enslaving people.
Very stupid to move to a Muslim country.
They are,perhaps,the least repugnant country among the moslem countries in the region.
I hope that theses men can be charged in Britton on what they did.

What’s to doubt? These people put people in cages and light then on fire. They throw them off of roofs. They chop off body parts and shoot women in the head for learning to read. They divorce women and throw then on the street to die for driving without a man, or being seen without their husbands in public.

Are you really that naive or just ignorant of Islam? Of course stories like this are true! Get your head out of your butt and go google “women being stoned to death by muslims for being raped”. I just did and got over 3 million results!
What if she tells the court she self-identifies as a man?
Eh? I said nothing about women being stoned to death by muslims for adultery as being untrue. I said this particular story may be untrue. Not every claim of rape is an actual rape; that is as true in Delaware as it is in Dubai.
So, I was correct to doubt this story.
