LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. – A woman was arrested after reportedly assaulting a Waffle House employee and kicking Larimer County deputies Tuesday in Fort Collins, deputies said.

After dispatchers were told early Tuesday morning that a woman was throwing food at restaurant staff and patrons, and also assaulted an employee and refused to leave, deputies went to the Waffle House restaurant in the area of East Mulberry Street and Riverside Avenue to check it out.

Deputies found the woman, who was identified as Naomi Braginsky, 31, of Lafayette, Colorado, outside the restaurant.

She initially complied with deputies when she was detained and placed in handcuffs, but she began to violently kick at deputies and used her legs to prevent them from having her sit in the back seat of the patrol car, according to David Moore, a Larimer County Sheriff’s spokesperson.

One deputy was kicked in the throat and leg and another was kicked in the stomach and leg, Moore said. No deputy was seriously injured. Moore added deputies had to eventually use a Taser to gain control of the suspect.

Emergency personnel also went to the scene and she was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation.

Later that day, Fort Collins Police Services officers went to the hospital where the woman was taken after learning Braginsky had assaulted a hospital staff member.

She was booked into the Larimer County Jail and is being held on second-degree assault, second-degree assault on a peace officer, resisting arrested, harassment and third-degree assault.

This year, it’s Waffle House. Last year it was Chucky Cheese. The year before was Red Lobster.

I see Oscar is another lame “journalist” who doesn’t know how to report a complete story. He failed to report anything about who Naomi is. He failed to report what created the problem. He failed saying she refused to leave but immediately said she was outside. He failed to state when this occurred. Was it during the breakfast rush or at 2 AM? Different crowd and different psychos. He failed to interview anyone at the Waffle House. He failed to say what she was throwing and who was hit with what. Was it her meal or other people’s? He failed to interview anyone such as her friends and family or even the officers.

IOW, he was sent on assignment and got no further than the booking report. Oscar, you’re fired.

First thing I noticed when I looked at the picture, she’s definitely sporting some eraser tips.
