The highway patrol says the driver was arrested on complaints of reckless driving and felony eluding.


So, when did the reckless driving part happen. The article doesn’t say.

That’s what they will get him on, not the speeding. In Texas and other states, LE has to prove the vehicle was going as fast as the ticket was issued. No way they can PROVE he was doing a 208MPH, but, on officer testimony, he can/will be convicted of reckless and eluding.
