It would take a lot of cash to build a Mustang capable of 208 mph. Unless the 19-year old driver is a rap start or has a rich daddy I doubt his car was traveling that fast.
A lot of you folks need to get out more. Ford sells the Shelby Mustang with over 700 HP from the factory.
The 176 is easily doable. The 208 is possible. However, he would probably have to remove some electronic governors to do that.
