Trump just needs to say that the first thing to be delivered is the cronycare repeal. The autopen veto is warmed up for anything else that comes in. Oh, and with this shutdown the national parks stay open.
I would love Trump to repeal it retroactively, refunding the tax penalties charged by the IRS back to the people who had to pay.
