The University of Northern Colorado always has a lot of students from Hawaii. I guess it's as far away from Hawaii as they can get. So it's not uncommon to see cars with Hawaii license plates here.
I've always wondered, do they ship the car from Hawaii, or buy a car here and register it in Hawaii? And which would be less expensive?
