President Trump can undo his executive orders.
And I assume that Congress will not cooperate with him on anything. Not now, anyway. They might have a couple days ago!
Obama, the right thing to do is for YOU to rescind your Executive Orders and not make Trump have to do it. Show some humility and contrition and do the right things. History will remember you for admitting you were wrong and have repented and will do what is right.
