Haiti is rock bottom poor, so they would need to build a high wall if they wanted security. If they ‘invest’ enough in the Haitian government, they will probably be protected and not surrendered. At least not for a while. They may end up in Jamaica or on some “Virgin” Island.
I mean the Haitians, who were royally screwed by the Clintons, would love to get their hands on them. The idea of Hillary and Bill behind bars in an American prison is good. In a place like Haiti? Sublime.
