1) Jello at least every other day (rebuilds the joints)
2) Stop eating bread for one month (ANY wheat- noodles, soy sauce, beer, etc) Live on soups and stews and fruits and veggies and milk and cheese BE RELIGIOUS about it (stops inflammation)
3) Turmeric capsules (2 times the amount it says for a week) (powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant)
4) Cinnamon (2 capsules a day) (improves circulation)
5) Vitamin D - 3 times the recommended on the label for 1 week (helps the bones)
And start with an weekend antibiotics treatment: 2 spoons of cold sauerkraut mixed with a big spoon of minced garlic. twice a day for 3 days
ALL of these are equally important for a month - do not skip any one.
After one month you should be much much better overall
