It worked with Japan and Germany because they were at least Westernized.
Islam lacks an emperor that can keep them all under control. Though I don’t think we want a single caliph controlling it all, either. (for obvious reasons)
Even if the illegals can’t vote, their children can when the come of age.
It’s a long-term ploy.
