Well worth a scan through. Seems to me part of the FBI wants HRC and Obama to face the music for some very bad things, but are afraid of a double pardon.

I don’t believe this at all. There surely cannot be a single employee of the FBI that seriously thinks Clinton cannot be pardoned until she’s “charged”. Also, she will not be “charged”, she’ll be indicted. However there’s no grand jury impaneled, so there’s no indictment possibility in the near future.

This doesn’t smell right. Why would they expect a pardon before election day to work in Hillary’s favor except to keep her out of jail? It wouldn’t save her on Tuesday. She would be DOA politically.

They would need to charge after the oath office for the president is taken by Trump to ensure no pardon.
The FBI isn’t going to “bring charges” against anyone - they are not the prosecutors.

Obama doesn’t know whether to cut her loose or not...or when and in what fashion. Unless he really writes her off, I wouldn’t expect anything negative from him before the election.

She can’t be pre-pardoned. Even if she is charged now, the trial won’t have concluded before the Kenyan squatter is evicted.

As far as a Nixon type pardon. There is a question if that was even legal or constitutional. If Obama tries it then I think that this time it will be challenged. Of course with the current crew in the supreme court.....
This doesn’t make sense. Indicting her before election day and then pardoning her would certainly not be helpful to her chances in the election. That would be the worst possible outcome for her election chances, so I don’t see why the administration would be favoring it (if this claim is correct).
