This is nuts. After 51 years of Cub Fandom, we're in the Series.
Schwarber makes the lineup as DH, what a fine credit to the Cubs Mgmt team to have him with the team during rehab all summer.
Lester starts tonight, still can't throw to first, or second for that matter.
All other factors being equal, which they aren't really, Cubs pitching will win this series for Chicago.

Our local weather said wind at Wrigley was 30 mph and blowing to left center field so you know there will be homers. McKendrick is the man. We have the winning combination.

The Indians pulled a surprise (to mw, at least) victory over the Cubs at Wrigley.

Wellllll.... you may be right, but they haven’t exactly played the last couple of games as the guys who led the majors in winning percentage.
I confess I could not watch anymore and actually went to bed just before Kitner homered. Hubby came up right after that. It was painful to watch. We’ll still be tuned in tonight.

Yes, it would be cool to win the title in Cleveland. The Cavs title in June was won in Oakland.
