Undoubtedly Precious Liberty. That is why the German Supreme Court responded to a challenge and produced a decision causing Germany to return to paper ballots in 2009. Today only France and Belgium still use electronic voting while here, Hillary’s friends at Google are lobbying heavily for Internet voting.
With computers managing input there is no audit trail. Even printing a pseudo ballot after touchscreen or scanner input makes recounts irrelevant. Mexico has reverted to paper ballots and requires biometric ID to vote. Their ballots are counted in precincts and stored in bonded warehouses. Most of Latin America is following suit. We are the banana republic because controlling representative voting makes the fruit of the remaining producers easier to steal.
The problems with these machines has been known for years yet the gummint has done NOTHING.
