I really enjoyed the first two seasons. 14 years later, they pick up where they left off.

Makes for a nice bite-sized break from the campaign.

What a letdown.

The Beemer had a driver.

A firm I worked for did the original site and programing for BMW. I had the honor of testing the code. It was a cool and I think effective idea back in the stone age of the internet and it’s good to see it back.

Yeah, I ran across the old DVDs from the original series in my basement. I worked for BMW North America for about 10 years and they handed The Driver DVDs out like candy to employees.

Come to think of it, BMW also gave us shirts, passes to the Memorial Golf Tournament (Dublin, Ohio), watches, company cars to drive, FREE employee health benefits, paid college tuition, annual bonuses, pension, etc.

Most all of that has disappeared over the past 8 years, from what I understand. People forget what employers used to offer, once they stop offering it.

Maybe they’ll still give their employees the new Driver DVDs....

These are great thank-you for posting the link.

Watched #1, The Hire. I cracked up laughing on the credits. Directed by Guy Ritchie. Makes perfect sense.
