Thanks for the post.

Given your background in law, can you think of any way that Clinton can be charged on a State level, so that she has an active criminal case hanging around her neck?

I am thinking that it should be possible for a state e.g. Indiana, to initiate criminal charges, given the abundance of information that exists.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Absolutely, keep pulling out all the stops, but be of good cheer, the rule I am using is to add 7% to Trump and subtract 7% from Clinton in all neutral polls and 9% in any liberal-bias polls. On that basis, the recently announced CNN poll (49-44 Clinton over Trump) reads 53-40 for Trump. Another poll I heard earlier today that seemed less overtly biased (44-43 for Trump) would therefore read 51-36 for Trump. Why these adjustments? Poll samples that miss phone or internet avoiding, hard working Trump support, combined with reset of biased sampling of liberal polls.

The media narrative means nothing. Filter it out.

Any state that Obama won by less than 10% is in play. Keep the faith. They are out of gas. Read between the lines. Look where they’re campaigning. Tells the story.

Word from the kids (now Senior Partners) at my old DC firm say BO will pardon her and all the rest of the Coven after the election.
