According to the subtitles on the video, these were fighters from Jubhat al-Nusra trying to recover one of their fighter’s corpses during a firefight with the SAA
Yeah, you can see a guy on the right run out, grab the carcass -- and then get mowed down by a hail of gunfire. That's what started all the "Allahu akbar"s -- just before the grenades go off.
FWIW, I counted at least three limpers and several more holding hit spots...
