Liars. Not an error. Will happen all over.
Dems belong to the devil, the great deceiver.

I filed a request on this article asking for the date correction. It is a valid question, and we would want to know if a systematic fix has been applied. But we don’t want to look like fools if and when follow ups happen in the real world.

If the calibration is off then the machines should not have passed certification for use. I presume there is a procedure to verify them each election, and a daily performance check. People need to be held responsible, right down to the technicians. It is so easy to change the screen calibration.

Hillary WILL steal this election. The Democrat election fraud will be epic this year. It will be horrendous.

CHICAGO — Early voting in Illinois got off to a rocky start Monday, as votes being cast for Republican candidates were transformed into votes for Democrats.

NO!

Are you sure? It's usually the other way around isn't it? And in Chicago of all places.

I'm just flabbergasted, nay, speechless.

Is there any record of a machine changing a vote from Democrat to Republican?

How about Filthydelphia, where there was a 120% voter turnout, and not a single Republican vote cast (Romney)

Errors always go to the Democrats. Just like coin flips always go to Hitlery.

It’s a real challenge to vote in Illinois despite what His Arrogance says, although they have made it significantly easier for physically challenged voters .... dead people’s votes are voted and counted automatically.

Given the crowds Trump draws the gotta be thinking in DC, ya know, the voter fraud has got to be massive this time. And the deplorables are fired up, maybe it’s bad for business being Mafiosos that we are. They might have to call it off knowing the election theft would be so blaitantly obvious. TOO bad for business let’s figure others ways to deal with Trump

‘Calibration error’ changes GOP votes to Dem in Illinois county

Anecdotal.

I'm pretty sure it only happens once in every two or three votes.

Out of all the touch screens in the world, only voting machines have calibration errors.

And the errors are always Republican to Democrat.

Ever order a cheesesteak on a touch screen and get a meatball sub instead?

Ever select $100 on an atm and get $40 instead?

These calibration errors only happen on voting machines.

How did a machine that even COULD misbehave like this get approved for voting purposes?

Good question!!...but from watching youtube vids and talking to computer peeps... I understand that voting machines can be “programed/calibrated” in percentages...as in...a vote for X is worth .75 while a vote for Y is worth 1.25...the number of votes are right....but the tally is wrong!!!!...as in...100 votes for "X"=75 votes....100 votes for "Y"=125 votes....."Y" wins out of 200 voters!!!!...

Do your own DD!!!!!

Anyone who has taken an Introduction to Programming course could write a program that could do what these voting machines are supposed to do. If he turned in an assignment that produced these errors he would fail. Calibration plays no role.

Does Soros own the machines in that county?

This shouldn’t even be possible... there should be an untouchable layer of software that ensures that the machine can only perform a certain set of sane acts based on configurations that are self authenticating.

It’s already been noted, this article is from 2014.

Just to be sure, I ran a search, Moynihan’s name only comes up in articles from 2014. I saw it on the news when it happened, but couldn’t remember his name or location.

There was also a video, I didn’t look for it.

What the heck do you need to “calibrate” on a machine that counts how many times a button is pushed? Sounds like horse puckey.
