In some inner city strongholds, you don’t even have republican poll workers. They can do whatever they want and allow people to vote for anyone who doesn’t show up to vote. I know democrats who think it’s the biggest joke in the world.
That would explain no small number of black precincts going 100% for Obama against Romney.
