How would you go about measuring it? What is the unit of measurement, and, is there a convention as to whether we’d use the metric or the English system?

I would say it’s a pretty close race because all left wingers have a mental defect and believe in the most insane things. Many of the nouvell left in this country give all progressives a run for the money because the educational elite have succeeded in dumbing them down so completely, but I think the left in Venezuela wins the prize for continuing to support their own demise.
I don't think such people are as large a percentage of the population as here, but in terms of delusion they're hard to beat.

Swedes though are pretty happy lefties. Venezuelans are not happy at all. So the question might be who is the happiest and most unhappy leftists which brings about another quandary. How come western 1st world lefties are so unhappy/angry?
