No, O’Keefe pleaded to a misdemeanor violation for entering Landrieu’s office trying to show that she was lying to her constituents and everyone else. The “convicted felon” charge is not accurate and the “crime” is a big nothing. He certainly didn’t incite to violence, firebomb an office or promote voter fraud.
