I don’t think a new party will help. It won’t have the money to stand up to the global corporate establishment. Fighting on political terms against them that control all the means of communication and industry is probably a non-starter. We will be isolated on the edges of the “system.” We will have to go underground as rebels - and that may take more than a generation, or more time than many of us have left.
As for me, I’m not just keeping my independent registration, I’m de-registering altogether. I’m going outside the American political system if this fails this year. There won’t be any way to regain what has been lost, or to fight totalitarianism from the inside.
Expect to see MORE super-delegates within democrat ‘elections’ ... elections that will become more and more ‘for show’. Party elites will choose who runs... primary elections will be used to fool democrat rubes... yeah, they ‘want their base to vote, but there's no power in that vote. Democrat insiders will make the call - - all the calls. Most powerful thug wins... most powerful thug sells the power position in DC to billionaire donors... corrupt elites.
The Republican Party has NOT been taken over by elite insiders.., YET. If it had been JEB would be our candidate... he's NOT.
We have the possibility of having a party that represents the people But to do that we have to stay in the party and VOTE OUT EVERY DAMN RINO ON OUR SIDE - WHILE VOTING OUT ELITE DEMOCRATS.
IT CAN BE DONE. In a few years it will be impossible as democrats continue to flood the country will illegals and terrorist ( yes, radical Muslims give democrats the excuse to put the boot against our faces). Democrats know bringing in Syrians put Americans at risk and they still do it... because it helps them ... Yes, they are monsters... or useful idiots... or just vile and stupid.. All the incentives are there for anyone to see.
So please reconsider Scott from the Left Coast
