Russia has been planning their 'comeback' for years. Beginning in 2005, they've been staging joint war games with the also increasingly aggressive ChiComs, in obvious preparation for war with us and our NATO and other allies.

And back during the Bill Clinton ChinaGate scandal, where Clinton handed over sophisticated weapons technology to the ChiComs, in part, in exchange for campaign cash, there was this going on between the Russians and ChiComs...
