Anyone can apply to be a citizen in the cosmic country, which will be based around one or more satellites orbiting the Earth.

I think asgardia should not have any concept of citizenship... everyone should be allowed to come and go as they please... also, I want to sign up for whatever free healthcare and unemployment benefits they have...
