No torture is “cruel or inhuman” for use on the perpetrator when the perpetrator chooses that torture for an innocent.

This individual should die from a three-fold horrific version of the same level of trauma.

I volunteer to administer this, once legally allowed.

It’s beyond horrific but the constitution is dead. We like it that way for the 2nd amendment and we need to keep the “cruel and unusual” part in too.

This monster will get his here AND afterwords.

Firing squad isn’t cruel and unusual. Just kill him.

In WWII, my dad saw the perfect punishment for such a crime as this.
The Italian Fascist had been caught by Partizans and hanged by his scrotum. He was dead, but he got to meditate on his stupidity before he died.

Goya saw and drew a picture of such a thing happen when Napoleon invaded Spain.
