I wonder if the word will be banned from the trial and jurors only allowed to see a copy of the receipt with the word blurred out.

I was at a convenience store and noticed a receipt by one of the registers. It said ‘DRIVE OFF’ and was some small amount for gasoline. In the blank marked ‘Description’, the handwritten note said ‘the usual suspects’.
