I had a Muslim friend who’s cousin owned a liquor store in a rough neighborhood. He would always sell 10-15% of his goods without ringing it up on the register, and then claim that stock was shoplifted for a huge write off.
Immigrants play a lot of these cheater games. Chinese and Mexican restaurants will sometimes not write up a portion of their receipts and then claim the food spoiled for a tax loss, when they just sold the food for cash under the table.

A majority of them come from countries that don;t follow the rule of law, but follow the rule of bribery and corruption, this culture of backwardness is being imported with them. And yet the left and repukelican Rinos do nothing because they WANT the corruption, they loathe the law abiding process following citizens, because they are less likely to be manipulated to their ends.
