Traditionally the most prominent women in NFL were the cheerleaders but the game's top brass have launched an initiative to hire more women to be coaches, officials and scouts. The NFL will hold its first job fair specifically for women, in Orlando, Florida, in January, just before the Super Bowl.

I’m a woman and I love football. But this is just ridiculous. I cannot stand that reporting has become too “tell me how you feeeeeel” instead of real reporting. I have staged my own little mini-boycott but my husband just won’t get on board.
MLB used to think they were invincible. With the threat of head trauma parents are not letting their boys play. Soccer has exploded, especially in youth participation. 20 years from now the NFL will be competing with the NHL.

If a woman in any of the team positions can help a team be more successful then more power to them. But don't just hire women to be hiring women. The bottom line is Wins and Losses.

Why not players?
Sports need to be desegregated immediately. It’s a business like any other. The same “affirmative action” rules should apply.
In my company we were told: half the new hires must be female.
All the players should make the same amount of money too.
If you boycott something you were never purchasing anyway, the net effect is zero.
I know many women who are really into football, but I am not one of them. I know many men who are really into football, but my husband is not one of them. This works out very well for us!
the real reason Leftists hate American football is the first word...American. It's an uniquely American sport that has brought people-black and white, old and young, rich and poor, all together to unite for one common purpose (Football in the South did more for integration than all the politicians and preachers put together).
Leftists hate America and the unique American identity that goes with football.
Within in a year I predict they'll be the first female-to-male transgender player, if not in the NFL, in MLB or the NBA.

I am not sure how you can successfully coach if you have never played. You have to have the feel of the game. Cheering from the sidelines doesn’t give you that. I think its why soccer means nothing to me...same with hockey.
You do not have to have played professionally but you surely must have to have some knowledge on a gut level. The positions are not something you can pick up from a book...
I see a great opportunity to file an Equal Oportunity Employer lawsuit. You can claim they are practicing discrimination and make a buttload of money.
A few hundred mails filing suit might make a real dent....: )
And I predict the transgender will get a real dose of reality of what it's like to be hit by 6'6" male football player who weighs 285,every bit of it muscle, and being carried off the field in a stretcher and sent to the hospital to repair multiple rib fractures.
The NFL is a success because of the financial support of 20-50 year old white males, bottom line, period, end of story.
There aren’t enough women, minorities and trannies to make up for the mass exodus that is about to occur.
The NFL was too close to a national symbol of American cultural unity, appealing to all racial and socio-ethnic groups. It's no wonder the Left had to kill it. A black activist and a white businessman might start talking about the Steelers, and each might decide maybe the other isn't so bad after all. They can't tolerate that.

isn’t there a movie out now that depicts a female sucessfully commpeting as a pitcher, in MLB...? Could just be thcre’s some hefty chick who who wants to be a boy, and can generate the arm strength, with a touch of wildness, that could keep male hitters off balance...
