Chicken and rice casserole and a lettuce and tomato salad. Boiled a leftover chicken and cleaned the carcass. Emptied what was in a bag of rice, threw in a can of cream of mushroom, leftover canned corn, leftover gravy, leftover chopped onion, some celery ends from the freezer and a handful of pecans from our trees.
Froze the broth for soup someday.
Maybe plums to snack on during the debate. The pits would be fun to throw at the tv when Hellary is lying.

Pressure cooked a chicken breast while cooking kokuho rice.
Once chicken was done I added okra and zucchini from my garden and simmered until done.
Stock from chicken seasoned with sriracha chili mash, fish sauce, black pepper, and Korean soup soy sauce.

I had chili as well. Cool day here, mid-60’s, good chili weather! No beer until tomorrow, but I’ll live. ;)

Popcorn with rum and Diet Coke (I am diabetic). Popcorn with lots of salt and butter (yum, yum) and the rum to either cheer it on or drown my sorrows.
My prediction is 95% of MSM, including newspapers and Beck, will declare shillary the winner. I also predict that Trump's poll results will climb at least 5 points after tonight.
