Sounds like a pittance to me. Not a political pro by any means, but based on the accepted wisdom that it takes at least a billion to run for President, seems small to me.
Not saying it’s not enough, or just smart use of available funds. Just a comparison to what is normal.

DJT is not a normal politician. To get the coverage (mostly negative, but his issues in the public’s eye) would have costs mittens or Juan a $ billion over the last year. $150 million is more than enough to seal the deal if spent in the current battleground states.
