In another act of horror from ISIS, six boys have been taken and tortured to death with welding rods on welding equipment for the “crime” of playing soccer: Islamic State has executed six boys with a welding rod and flogged three young men for playing football, it has been reported.
The six boys from the Nineveh area in Iraq were said to have been handcuffed before a welding machine and rod was used to kill them in a public execution by the terror group in central Mosul.
“ISIS said that the youths belonged to a resistance faction,” a source said in a report by American Herald Tribune.
“The execution took place in Mosul in front of a large gathering. This came in order to create a state of fear and panic among the people.”
This is not the first time this has happened over sports. During the years before the invasion of Afghanistan, the Taliban used the soccer fields as modern-day coliseums to exhibit their executions of “criminals.”

There is a huge difference between people observing justice served...and that of sadistic audiences which gain pleasure, both physically and mentally, from watching people get tortured and murdered.
Islamic societies are ‘conditioned’ for violence and torture...seeing it as well as experiencing it. Since they are a death cult torturing or killing a human body is an every day event, often in their own homes.

In the documentary “The Insanity of God” a Christian actvist during the Soviet Union eas asked why the people put up with torture. He replied that it is part of life in the Soviet Union. His grandfather was tortured, his father was tortured and he has been tortured. Just his turn in a brutal life.
It is a documentary about Christian persecution and it is profoundly sobering. It reaaly brings into focus the danger of letting evil rule with its heavy hand.
Cinemark is showing it on a limted basis and you must see it.

That being said, I think I see your earlier point: that large crowds for an execution may be incidental (the case you cited had a female sheriff, because the original sheriff, her husband, had died in office, and she asked someone else to perform the execution).
It would have saved time & effort of this back-and-forth if you'd spelled that out explicitly.
