LOL now going all NRA she is also irredeemable.
Good for her, and you!
Big mistake! By next April she’ll need a big 357 S&W along with a concealed piece and all of the accouterments.
Some Great Revolvers out there.
Awesome! Which PD is offering free pistol classes to women? Smart thinking.
*applause*
Is she a deplorable or a bitter clinger, or both?
Is she taking the NRA’s personal protection class for women? I’ve taken that one, the cost was nominal, the course was priceless. Loved it!
I showed up with no gun experience and a brand new .45 Mega Star. My instructors didn’t tell me until months later on the range that that was a lot of gun for a girl. They didn’t want to plant the idea in my head that I couldn’t handle it.
Loved that gun. Very dependable. The weight soaked up a lot of the recoil.
She is perfectly deplorable. Next thing you know she’ll pick out a pink gun, just as my wife did. After a local woman with a flat tire was raped on the side of the road by the “Good Samaritan” who stopped to help, my wife finally took the initiative to get her carry permit and select a pistol. I’m glad yours is getting the training.
Good for your wife. She has come to realize that individuals need to be responsible for their own safety when/if there are no others around to assist her. If she is the kind I believe her to be, she will do well.
Have her start looking at concealed carry purses. That will get her going even more.
Cool!
Congrats! Just the other day my wife told me, that when I am recovered from my prostate surgery, she expects me to take her out shooting because it’s been a while.
Your thread has me triggered.
Spend some $ renting several quality firearms.
It will save you $$$ in the end by getting something which fits her hand and shooting style.
Glock couldn’t print decent groups and trigger pull bugged me.
Sig didn’t feel right.
Kimber Gold Combat 1911 .45... SOLD!
Looks like you chose wisely when you picked your mate! Congrats!
Congrats. It’s actually a great idea. My wife qualified in VA with a Walther PK380 but was having trouble loading the magazine. We got her a S&W 642 and she qualified in SC with it. She loves her little 642. But, the best part is she doesn’t complain when I buy a new gun. Just last week, I added a 45 to replace all of those that I lost in a terrible boating accident.
God bless both of you!
