...short-lived climate pollutants, which have an outsize effect on global warming despite their relatively short life in the atmosphere.

How can they determine that?
How is Cow Methane, which is chemically identical to all other forms of Methane, more harmful than, say, Wetlands Methane, Volcanic Methane or Methane from any other living or decaying plant or critter?
