not buying the Parkinson's...she doesn't have a shuffling gait....when she does speak, her voice is firm....

I'm thinking that the speech effect of Parkinson's is just recently kicking in.

She hasn't had that hammer voice for a while and it's been replaced by a monotone and she speaks rather slowly and deliberately now.

Her gait is pitched forward and what little arm swing there is seems deliberate.

Her voice changed because she was screaming like a screeching harridan and was probably told to tone it down.

Maybe.

Or its Parkinson’s.
