The best way to fight this is through absurdity.

Replace the contents in the men’s room with other items with the same shape so the dispenser will still work. Some examples: toothbrushes, glow sticks.

Or simply tell all of the men to take a tampon every time they go to the toilet. The dispensers will always be empty, and they’ll have to keep refilling them. Eventually, it will get become costly enough that they’ll quietly remove the tampon dispensers.

Male menstruation

Male menstruation is a term used colloquially for a type of bleeding in the urine or feces, reported in some tropical countries. It is actually caused by parasite infestation of the urinary tract or intestines by Schistosoma haematobium, and cases of it are actually schistosomiasis, formerly known as bilharziasis.

This event is not common amongst all males, but it can be harmful if signs are not noticed and treated. Males between the ages of 13 and 21 are recommended to visit a doctor at least twice a year to ensure there are no possible signs. Some signs, which do not always happen, are a yellowish discharge from the penis, excitedness when least expected, and an odd feeling which many with this condition call undescribable.[citation needed]

Obama gave nuclear technology to Iran, along with a nice pot of money to ensure they have sufficient funding to develop and use it.
