Well I think the difference probably is that the former shows that she is medically unfit and the latter shows that he is morally unfit.
I leave it to others to judge which is worse.
I am reminded of that Star Trek episode with the Nazi planet, not because of the Nazi theme but because of the scene where they put the drugged Federation professor behind a microphone that blocked his mouth so that he would be seen but someone else would be talking.
I guess we have a Cyrano Clinton who speaks someone else's words to woo us over.
