I will say, I went back through the video of the interview, staring at her ear the whole time, and I didn’t see anything. Maybe the photo is faked.
You must have missed the part where those frames appear because the picture is not faked. That said, there is no earpiece. From the video it’s obviously a reflection off the bowl of her ear. I mean it’s not even a close call. There are other camera angles looking straight up into her ear canal that show no earpiece. This is one of the dopier conspiracy theories to make the rounds of the interwebz.
