Nothing to this other than SpaceX learning as they get further into the Launch Industry. Musk and his team do not have a Mission Success Culture. They will learn but their Framework for Mission Success will need to become more robust. Especially if he’s going to be flying astronauts at some point. So now we have 2 failures in less than 14 months?

I applaud them for the incredible accomplishments but they have to get Mission Success as a Number 1 Priority culture. That’s the only way it can work.

Yes. There seems to lacking a quality component within the organization.

They are approaching launches more like a NASCAR team, than a space flight team.

Let's see if this works, and not have an independent party give a sanity opinion.

It's cheap, but perhaps too much so.
