When “The Passion Of The Christ” was out, Caviezel put himself out there as a committed Christian. Why would a Christian take a role like this? There are lines you just can’t cross as a Christian.
He might not have had a lot of veto power over the individual scripts. I don’t know what an actor’s contract entails. I’d hate to be four seasons into a show and get the script direction, “Hero kisses man he saves.” Not happening!
