A Minnesota elementary school teacher under investigation in a criminal case has been found dead along with his husband on an island in Washington state.
The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports 40-year-old teacher Aric Babbitt and his 36-year-old husband, Matthew Deyo, of South St. Paul, Minnesota were being investigated for allegations that authorities declined to specify, citing an active investigation.

My thought is because it probably involved minors and now that he’s dead they hope the school doesn’t get sued or more victims coming out.
I’d just like to slap the crap out of people who write stuff like this...say he is a gay man with a male companion, fine. But it would come as a shock to most news organizations to discover that words have meanings...
Real men are needed at the elementary because most kids especially city kids don't have a man authority figure in their life. They don't need mentally ill perverts male or female.
That makes it all the more wonderful and special.

Yes, words mean things. Gay means happy. It does not mean homosexual.

I wish we could get back to the original meaning of “gay.” It used to be a perfectly nice word included in a lot of song lyrics. “Gaye” was a pretty girl’s name.

Funny, if you were in a crowd of people and you told someone they were really gay, you would likely be castigated for insulting the person. And you would likely be castigated by the same people who stole the word.
