I do, too.
The article says that Tapatio, Cholula, La Victoria, and El Yucateco are the only ‘acceptable’ hot sauces. I’m wondering what the folks here consider favorites.

Of those 4? La Victoria Salsa Brava, but it does not come close to a good fresh hot sauce

Of those four, Cholula. But I’ve almost stopped eating hot sauce entirely in favor of Pace’s hottest Picante salsa.

I like Pico Pica (hot) for most Mexican food. Not every store here in Arizona stocks it, so we buy 6 or 8 bottles at a time when we find it.
