At the Hardees in Dodge City, KS, I bit into a burger and found a piece of orange plastic. I exchanged it for another and sure enough there was a piece of plastic in the second one.
Just threw it away and determined to never eat there again.

Assign the case to Clinton Foundation attorneys. McDonalds will settle the case before a federal judge based on federal food tampering laws. Any "reasonable" federal judge knows how to rule.
The foundation however will do a 95% to 5% split. The expenses come out of the 5%. The horny teen hookers in Haiti and the Dominican Republic need a visit from Bubba-Daddy. Charity is hard work.
