I tried the clear flex seal clear on some leaking areas on my patio roof (not when wet). It sure didn’t work as seen on TV.
Try Sashco "Through The Roof" sealant. Not as easy to apply as a spray can, but its good stuff. You can get 1qt cans from Walmart.com or perhaps your local hardware store.
