I had not considered that but they are still one of the most socialist countries on the planet.
Six of one, half a dozen of the other, I suppose.

Extradition is the least of your worries
As a guess, 1 in 20 Americans would be able to accept the third world compromises present even in the largest cities.
The capital, for example still uses septic/leach fields for sewage disposal.
Not speaking their language fluently also targets you as a victim for both white collar and brown collar criminals.
