So how many of you out there have had a similar experience or experiences with friends, co-workers, and family over this election, and have you had to re-assess friendships and relationships because of it???

Absolutely.

And I can accept if someone doesn’t like Trump.

But when someone reveals themselves to be totally ok with a candidate that is a proven serial liar, corrupt, misogynist, downright crook - whose husband is a rapist! - someone to be president of the US when others go to prison for such things - if someone is honestly supportive of that - why would I want to be friends with that?

I didn't LIKE Nixon, but I voted for him for the same reason I'll vote for Trump: The alternative in unthinkable.
