Hope you enjoy. Mrs. Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter
music *ping*
Great song! Thanks, simpson! :)
I was 12 when this came out. It seems like yesterday. Why, oh why, does time pass so slowly, yet go so fast..:(
Fortunate enough to see them in person back in the 60’s when the British groups invaded USA.
A favorite is I’m into something good.

I like that one too!
I wanted Mrs. Brown when I heard this song.
Saw Peter Noone a few years ago in Aberdeen WA. He still sings well and managed to make fun of a lot of his 60’s contemporaries. It was a good show, with one of the jokes being “I'm the only person to have played in both Aberdeens in one year”. He now lives in Santa Barbara.
Cheap camera, but given the lighting, not too bad...
Thanks! He manages to look the same age as he did way back when. After the onslaught of British pouring into our country giving their take on our music, we were fortunate that most of them did travel through Dallas on their road to fame. Dave Clark Five, Beatles, Manfred Man, Rolling Stones, Hermans Hermits, during that time they would come in, perform and then roll on out almost immediately after. There were more than likely many more who came and went but these are remembered as I was in the audience, screaming like a banshee. :-)
